In today's digital world, most people don't use pen and paper anymore. We are constantly typing, tapping, or swiping, and this will have even more profound impacts on the workforce than we could have imagined. I am seeing more and more worker's compensation claims around thumb injuries because of constant smartphone typing with the support that these constant messages/emails are necessary to perform their job correctly. We have had to change our assessments to account for today's technology impacts on our lives and work. What do you think?
